This model identifies the leadership actions which contribute to a Performance Culture. The actions have shown up consistently over 25 years of working with people in the culture of their organisations. The leaders who are doing well, are doing these things.
At the core is Clear Direction:
~ What do we do? People need to know what it is that we do. This is about purpose as much as it is about the tasks that people do daily.
~ How do we do it? Are the methods and systems in place to ensure people are clear about expectations around quality, timliness and ways of work?
~ How do we be whilst doing it? Have we invested the time in defining the culture we desire, or are we leaving it to chance? You will get a culture, whether you are deliberate about it or not?
